Within Business Operations we carry out activities that exceed the scope of typical project work aimed at implementing and optimizing business processes in single locations.

Focus of our Business Operations activities is

• the set up of German domestic branches for foreign financial services companies,
• the restructuring and outsourcing of clients business activities in newly set up financial service providers, and
• the coordination of industry wide activities and joint ventures to establish jointly operated financial service providers.

Fimas currently employs three senior consultants with experience in the set up and management of financial service providers. All three were approved and licensed by the German regulators to carry out such activities.
